GENÇ BEŞİKTAŞLILAR GROUP PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING POLICY

This Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy ("Policy") sets forth the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data by Genç Beşiktaşlılar Group ("Group") within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

1. Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by Genç Beşiktaşlılar Group, acting as the data controller, for the purposes described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data will be processed for the purposes of evaluating membership applications, conducting membership procedures, organizing events, maintaining communication activities, fulfilling legal obligations, and planning Group activities.

3. Processed Personal Data

Identity information (name, surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number), contact information (phone number, email address, address), education information, occupation information, photograph, and Beşiktaş JK membership information are processed.

4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through forms on the website, email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. This data is processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: your explicit consent, direct relevance to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, and legitimate interest.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of legal obligations, to lawyers and legal advisors for the conduct of legal proceedings, and to the Beşiktaş JK Association.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data will be retained for the duration required by the processing purpose and within legal retention periods. After membership ends, data required under legal obligations will continue to be stored for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request deletion or destruction under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK; request notification to third parties to whom it has been transferred; object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

Within the scope of the Genç Beşiktaşlılar Group Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, I freely give my explicit consent to the processing, storage, and transfer of my personal data for the purposes stated above. I reserve the right to withdraw this explicit consent at any time.

DATA SUBJECT EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION

Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy prepared by Genç Beşiktaşlılar Group ("Group").

1. Scope of Consent

I hereby declare that I freely give my explicit consent to the processing, storage, and, when necessary, transfer of my personal data specified below for the purposes stated below.

2. Personal Data to Be Processed

Identity information (name, surname, date of birth), contact information (phone number, email address, address details), education and occupation information, photograph, Beşiktaş JK membership status and season ticket information.

3. Processing Purposes

Evaluation and conclusion of my membership application, management of the membership process, organization and notification of Group events, conducting communication activities, fulfillment of legal obligations.

4. Parties to Whom Data May Be Transferred

I accept that my personal data may be shared with the Beşiktaş JK Association, authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations, and legal advisors for the conduct of legal proceedings.

5. Retention Period

I acknowledge that my personal data will be retained during my membership and for the legal retention periods following the termination of my membership.

6. My Rights

All my rights under Article 11 of the KVKK are reserved, and I know that I can apply to gencbesiktaslilargrubu@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

7. Withdrawal of Consent

I acknowledge that I may withdraw this explicit consent declaration at any time without providing any reason, and that the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities carried out until the date of withdrawal.
